Before you start flashing the BIOS, please choose one of the following two methods to proceed with flashing:

Method 1:
a. Turn off system and unplug the power connector.
b. Set "JPME1" to disable. (JPME1 is a jumper on the mother board, please refer to user's manual for its detailed location.
c. Connect the power back to the system, and power on the system and boot to the bootable USB/CD/DVD media that contains the BIOS flash package.
d. To start flashing BIOS, from this step, refer to "Readme for AMI BIOS.txt" Step1~Step 6.
e. After the update finished, restart the system.

Method 2:
a. Boot to BIOS setup.
b. Browse through the BIOS menu, then select "Reset system with ME disable mode", then save and exit the BIOS.
c. Power on the system and boot to the bootable USB/CD/DVD media that contains the BIOS flash package.
d. To start flashing BIOS, from this step, refer to "Readme for AMI BIOS.txt" Step1~Step 6.
e. After the update finished, restart the system.
